We are the Tunbridge Wells Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Bob will be leading this walk - with Andy Pope of the Southeast Communities Rail Partnership.
Starting from Frant station in Bells Yew Green.
We will be catching the train from Frant and travelling to Wadhurst station.
We will then walk through the countryside back to Frant station.
Start Time: We will meet at Frant station in Bells Yew Green at 9:30am in time to catch the 9:45am train to Wadhurst.
Estimated Finish Time: 1:00pm
Please meet at Frant station by 9:30am for names to be recorded.
Car parking at Frant station is available, but charges apply.
If you wish to travel by train to Frant station, please catch the train leaving Tunbridge Wells at 9:41am which arrives at Frant station at 9:45am (so you will already be on the train when the other walkers board the train). If travelling on the train from Tunbridge Wells, please advise the walk leader in advance so your name can be added to the group rail ticket for the journey from Frant to Wadhurst.
Please note there will be no charge for the rail ticket. The tickets are kindly being provided by Southeast Communities Rail Partnership.
Please bring a drink and a snack to enjoy during the break.
