Overview

We'll explore the watery world of the Grand Union Canal and the network of lakes created from former gravel pits originally dug to build Wembley Stadium.

Our route takes us along the canal to Stockers Farm and up to Cooks Wood before we join the Hillingdon Trail and descend to Springwell Lake, Stockers Lake and Bury Lake.

Paths around the lakes can be muddy, so boots are recommended.

Dogs on short leads please.
