Overview

Meet outside the Post Office in Peebles at 11:20 to catch the service bus to Lyne Station, and then walk back to Peebles via the footbridge over the Tweed, Barnes House, Manor Water and Neidpath Castle, with a break for a picnic. Bring food and drink for a picnic.

Note: the bus connection is very tight. We will await the arrival of the incoming bus. If it is late, we will take a taxi to Lyne Station.
