We are the Bath Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Join us for a social walk before our post-Christmas lunch. Some paths are likely to be muddy, so walking boots are recommended, and you may find a walking pole helpful. One short ascent as we head up to Carrs Wood and then a short descent to return to the river path.
If you'd like to bring a flask of coffee or tea, we can have a stop for hot drinks in Carrs Wood.
Meet outside The Boathouse, Newbridge Road, Bath BA1 3NB. Park in the free pub car park or, if that's full, in the Newbridge Park and Ride (£2.50 to park all day, payable via your mobile at the car park, or payable online, or by phone, when you get home.
