Overview

Join this circular walk on moorland to Lanlavery Rock, then following tracks up on to the drier parts of the moor, including Rough Tor and possibly Brown Willy (depending on group and conditions). We will continue on quiet lanes passing through pretty valleys and finishing with fine views of Showery Tor and Rough Tor. After returning to the car park for extra layers we will walk a little way up the grassy slope to watch the spectacular starling murmuration over Roughtor Plantation.
