Park alongside the Green, or at the railway station, or at the recreation ground car park. Meet at Rowlands Castle Green opposite the Hardware shop. A circular walk  via The Avenue, Rosamond Hill, Forrestside Farm and Stansted Forest. Mainly flat and no stiles.
