We will walk south from Roydon over a stream, through woods and fields towards Halls Green, passing the remains of a Cold War Heavy Anti-aircraft battery. As we head NW the land drops away to the left giving good views of Netherhall Farm Nurseries, Hoddesdon and Glen Faba lake. Turning NE there are views of Roydon Marina, Brick Lock and Roydon Mill. We then walk through a farm yard, St Peter's Church yard and onto Roydon High Street, following a short section of the River Stort and turning off through fields at Roydon Lock.
