Overview

Join us for a moderate 12 mile walk in the Yorkshire Wolds. This is a gently undulating route with sites of interest including the unusual Carnaby Temple folly, historic Boynton church (where we will have our picnic lunches) and then the great monolith when we return to Rudston.

We will park along Long Street, in Rudston. The route will avoid too much road-walking, looping southwards to take in Carnaby Temple, heading north over the Gypsey Race to Boynton, then heading to High Caythorpe before dropping down to Rudston, where walkers can explore the church and monolith.
