We will be guiding Karl on 2 legs (ie 37 miles) of his epic journey of his venture 1) from Littlehampton to Chichester (circa 17M) and 2) from Chichester to Portsmouth (circa 25M).
This is leg 1.
We start at Littlehampton Railway Station @ 9:AM. The route will exit Littlehampton and link with the Old Canal trail at Ford following as close as possible its path through Yapton & across the fields to Barnham where we will stop for drinks break. From there we will wind our way across the fields following the dried up canal through Lidsey to Colworth to Runcton. After stopping for lunch we will then join the existing Chichester canal at Pointz Bridge fork (where Turner did his famous painting of Chichester Cathedral) before following the path to Chichester & the rail station which is the end point for this leg.
