We are the Cirencester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From the church we take a rapid descent before continuing uphill into woodland. There will be some road walking before crossing fields and another road to Oakridge. After which we cross fields and enter more woodland and take a steep descent to a further road before following the canal to the road and the Daneway Inn before returning to the canal to reach the Sapperton Tunnel, followed by a field and lane back to Sapperton.
Several stiles, 1 refreshment stop.
The Group encourages car sharing from the Meeting Point. If you wish to go to the start point instead of joining the walk at the Meeting Point, please contact the Walk Leader who will tell you the Start Point and Time. Travel donation £2.
