A relatively flatish new Years Eve walk on the Shropshire Plane, starting at Shawbury, heading east towards Mucklton, then following the old Shropshire Way to Poynton Green and returning to Shawbury.
Includes footpaths, bridleways, quiet roads, open fields, and a coppice. Potential to be muddy in places.
Variant decided on the day depending on group i.e. slightly shorter road walk or slightly longer footpath with 4 styles.
N.B. Limited car parking so car sharing advised. Leader will walk directly to the start so you will need to organise your own car shares if possible.
