Overview

Starting from Sherfield, we head south towards Plaitford using quiet country lanes and rural paths through open fields and woodlands.  From the farthest point, we head back towards the start, passing through the delightful Melchet Park.  Depending on the route we take on the day there are either 2 or 4 stiles.

Romsey Rapids rear car park adjacent to the Romsey Town Football Club pitch fence. Anyone requiring a lift please contact the leader at least one day before the walk.
