Overview

From Osprey centre ascend on path through woodland , thence onto open ground still ascending to gain good views east along Dyfi valley & North to the Tarenni. Descend to the Llyfnant valley to join the coastal path for a short distance. Then on tracks , minor road & woodland path back to Centre. (Optional refreshments at the Centre's cafe afterwards).
