Overview

Starting from Shipton under Wychwood, we will have a leisurely walk along the Oxfordshire Way to Bruern Woods, taking in the imposing Bruern Abbey, and onto Bledington.

The village shop/cafe at Bledington will be open so an opportunity if anyone wants to pop in for a quick coffee or other.

Heading back we will take in the Foxholes Nature Reserve and pick up the D'Arcy Dalton Way  to the pretty village of Fifield. Onwards to Milton under Wychwood, see if you can you can spot the the snake in the grass, and other curious stones.

Finally, we will visit the Wychwood Wild Gardens , once of Shipton Court, but now owned by a local charity.
