Overview

The morning will be a 5 mile south-westerly loop via White Post and Villa Golf Course, along the river and back up to the pub for lunch. One short steep section down which will be muddy; a few stiles. The afternoon will be a shorter easterly loop via Poundsbridge and Swaylands.
