We are the West Herts Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
PLACES ON OUR WALKS MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.
Following the Hertfordshire Way down to Whitwell before ascending to Hitch Wood, then on to Poynders End and the Minsden Chapel ruins. No styles and can be shortened if the weather is bad.
No lunchstop but nice areas around the church at the end or a lovely pub for those in need of a pint.

BOOKING A PLACE
Numbers on our walks are limited and you must book a place in advance.
There is no need to message us. Just go to our web site, scroll down the Home page to the Quick Menu and click on Book a Walk Place.
Places can be booked from 8am on the Wednesday of the week before the walk.
Turn left immediately after the Strathmore Arms and follow the lane up to the Church where there is car parking
