This walk starts at Tichborne Down in Alresford, countryside walk to Ovington, along the River Itchen to Itchen Stoke, St Swithuns Way to Three Castles, Oxdrove to Itchen Stoke Down, Wayfarers, River Arle to Broad Street, Alresford, along Sun Lane to see the extensive building site for hundreds of houses and an industrial estate, back along Tichborne Down/
Interesting Memorial plaque in St Mary's Church, Itchen Stoke, two riverside walks, far reaching views of the countryside.
This is a picnic walk, please bring lunch, snacks and drinks. Poles are advisable if use.
Please let me know if you are joining this walk, as we may leave earlier than 10.00 if all known walkers have arrived.
