Lanes and footpaths around Westleigh and Instow. Excellent estuary views on a clear day. Back along Instow Sands and Tarka Trail. Could be muddy. 700 ft ascent. Walked at a leisurely pace.
Meet at the Westleigh Bus Stop on B3233 on left hand side if travelling from Instow after the Westleigh turning. There is a small lay by for parking, plus there are some small parking areas in the trees along the side of the road toward Instow and some parking on right hand side towards Bideford. Parking may be limited so please share wherever possible or use the #21 bus from Barnstaple or Bideford.
