From the car park up to the Cat & Fiddle pub, cross A537 down Cumberland Toft to Wildboarclough and up to Three Shire Heads, over Cheeks Hill and back to the car park. Risk assessment: Some stiles and rough terrain. Cross the busy A537 twice. One short rocky descent.
