A hilly route starting from the Cowleaze Wood car park and passing through Christmas Common, Turville Heath, Ibstone and the Wormsley estate. We'll walk through a mixture of woodland and open landscape, which should offer some splendid views.
Please bring a packed lunch and drinks.
Expect steep hills and some sections that are a bit tricky underfoot. Boots are essential and walking poles very helpful.
Dogs on leads at all times.
The car park is large but very popular. Please car share if possible. The postcode given is for the Aston Rowant nature reserve on the opposite side of the road.
