Overview

Starting at the Hawkesbury Upton Village Hall this is a 6 mile walk down and up the Cotswold ridge, taking in part of the Cotswold Way, catching views across to the Forest of Dean, and pausing at St Mary the Virgin church at Hawkesbury.

This walk has some steeper sections, three stiles and some walking on narrow roads.  Walking poles would be useful for those who use them as there are some uneven paths.

Please bring drinks and snacks.

We will finish off with a drink at the Beaufort Arms.
