We are the Ramblers group for eastern Carmarthenshire. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A fairly easy walk around this lovely reservoir set among the beautiful hills. We park by the dam and cross it to walk along the other side, on a good track with stunning views on a clear day.
Reaching the far end we have a few slopes to climb as the path turns into the forest. There may be one or two fallen trees to negotiate and then we join the single track road leading back to the cars.
Bring lunch and a hot drink - it’s cold up there!

Dogs welcome, be aware that this is a popular dog walking route.
