Overview

The walk starts with a relatively steep climb up the delightful Cwm Cumbeth valley before heading west and following the Beacons Way for a while. It then drops down to Tretower Castle for a lunch stop and crosses the River Usk in the peaceful Glanusk Estate to return on the southern side of the valley via the Usk Valley Walk Path.
