Overview

Meet at 10.30 at Battersea Park station which is one stop from Victoria mainline station (at the time of publication, the 10.20 from Victoria is a suitable train but PLEASE CHECK TIMETABLE NEARER THE DATE).  Join Sandra for a three-and-a-half mile walk around Battersea Park to explore various Victorian and other features, continuing to walk along the Thames Path to look at the delicate structure of the Albert Bridge, sometimes known at the “Trembling Lady!”. Finishing either back at Battersea Park station or via a short detour to Battersea Power Station (Northern Line).  Toilets and refreshments.  Leader – Sandra Tait
