Walk around Brockholes
Meet at old Shaws Arms, next to pelican lights, London Road Bridge, Preston .. this is a flat 8.5 mile walk … taking the Guild Wheel and then paths around Brockholes Wetlands, and along the River Ribble…there is an option to climb 230 steps and then step drop back down to the Wetlands..a 20 minute break will be taken at the floating visitor centre, toilets available here… this walk may be muddy, with puddles!! Should there be excessive rain some of the paths are inaccessible… therefore an alternative walk will be provided with same starting point..
No dogs allowed due to restrictions at Brockholes
