We meet at North Frodingham VH/Social Centre. Leaving North Frodingham using fieldside paths we walk to Hempholme Lock, returning to our cars walking along the river to Brigham and North Frodingham.

Assistance dogs only with the consent of the leader as there are cattle in the fields and along the river bank. It is advisable to wear long trousers as some of the paths are passable but very overgrown with long vegetation
