Overview

The walk climbs out of Whittington and visits Sevenhampton and Brockhampton before passing the source of the river Coln. We will stop at Charlton Abbots church for a picnic lunch. Then via the Sabrina way through the Wardens Wood. Downhill all the way from there back to Whittington.

The walk is quite up and down especially before lunch, but there are no especially long steep ascents and descents. A few stiles. A few places may be muddy, poles advisable.

Bring coffee snack and picnic lunch.
