From the start point at the Wireworks car park in Tintern, we head up for a winter wander through tropical Barbadoes before heading on to Whitelye and Botany Bay before returning to our start point.
Generally good forest paths but may be muddy in places given the time of year. The walk involves a reasonable amount of climbing uphill.

Wireworks car park, Tintern. Take the A466 towards Monmouth from Chepstow. As you enter Tintern take the left turn next to the Wild Hare hotel. The Wireworks car park is then on your right after about ¼ mile
