Overview

The walk follows the Bourne Brook along The Woodgate Valley to Selly Oak, returning along the route of the Lost Lapal / Dudley No 2 Canal. Muddy in places. Joint walk with Sandwell Ramblers.

We leave the meeting point in Walsall promptly at 09:15am.  The start time is the time the actual walk is due to start.
We regret we cannot allow dogs other than registered assistance dogs on weekend Walsall Group walks.
Booking is not necessary for this walk.
Car sharing recommended due to restricted parking space.

Highfield Recreation Ground car park off Highfield Lane, Quinton, Birmingham B32 1QX. M5 to junction 3, take FIRST exit from island (A456 Birmingham), at next island take 2nd exit (Quinton Lane), almost immediately R into Ridgacre Lane, follow Ridgacre Lane to island, take 2nd exit (Dwellings Lane), R into Highfield Lane, car park almost immediately on L.
