Overview

From the Coldwell End carpark, we take a path on the right into Bradford Dale. We follow to Hopping Farm, then field paths to, and around Anthony Hill, then Elton. We pick up the Limestone Way over Robin Hoods Stride and back to Youlgrave.

Youlgreave is now one of the most misspelt village names in the area. The road sign on entering the village uses the spelling ‘Youlgreave’, although the Highways Agency use ‘Youlgrave’ on a number of different local signposts throughout the area.  Most locals also use ‘Youlgrave’, although the official name on Ordnance Survey maps is ‘Youlgreave’
