Walking in Huntingdonshire
Hunts Ramblers organises regular walks led by experienced volunteers. They typically take place at weekends, but many are arranged on weekdays and evenings, particularly in summer. We offer a variety of routes around Huntingdon, across Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas. They are mostly rated leisurely or moderate but we’re always on the lookout for a hill or two to climb. Distances vary from 4 to 14 miles (7 to 23 km).
Booking is not required. Walks listings explain when and where to meet and what to expect. Check the weather forecast to make sure you are properly prepared. We tend to start our walks promptly. If driving, please park with consideration for the local community. Walks are arranged in accordance with the Ramblers coronavirus guidance. Not all routes are suitable for dogs but registered assistance dogs are allowed on any walk.

We encourage our members to get involved with volunteering by leading group walks. Training and support are provided by the Ramblers and our experienced walking walk leaders locally.
