Welcome to the Redditch Ramblers! We are a friendly and sociable group of 180 members within the Worcestershire Area. We offer a full walk programme providing a variety of walks ranging from short local morning walks to challenging full day hilly walks. There are usually around 10 to 30 people on a walk.
In addition, we arrange holidays, coach trips and social events throughout the year and work with the Worcestershire Countryside Centre on the fourth Wednesday of each month to maintain footpaths, fit new gates and replace ditch crossings.
We aim to provide three walks every week.
Sunday walks are usually between 7 to 9 miles.
Saturdays walks are more challenging full day walks and often further afield. They are usually 10 to 15 miles but can be longer.
Weekday walks which vary from a 5 mile morning walk to a more challenging 15 mile full day walk.
Our upcoming walks are provided on this website. Booking is not usually necessary, if you are interested in joining a walk, please just turn up at the meeting point or start point, you will be made most welcome. The meet up and start time are when we depart, please arrive 10 minutes beforehand.
Members of other Groups are always welcome. If you are not a member of the Ramblers you can try three walks before you decide if you want to join.
