wellbeing walkers going across a bridge

We offer a variety of Wellbeing Walks (formerly known as Health Walks) across the Cherwell district in North Oxfordshire.

The walks are graded as follows:

1 (up to 30 minutes on flat ground or gentle slopes with mainly firm surfaces and no steps or stiles)

2 (between 30 and 60 minutes and may include some moderate slopes, steps, uneven surfaces and possibly stiles)

3 (between 45 and 90 minutes and may include steeper slopes, steps, uneven surfaces and stiles)

Each walk is led by trained volunteer Walk Leaders, normally one at the front and one at the back of the walk.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather and there is no need to book, just turn up ready to walk.

After most walks there is the opportunity to join the other walkers and Walk Leaders for tea and coffee - please note there is normally a charge for refreshments.
