We have a network of Wellbeing Walks across Cheshire West and Chester supported by the Health Ranger and Green Infrastructure team at Cheshire West and Chester Council and other partners including The Canal and River Trust, Cheshire West Communities Together, Healthbox and Primary Care Cheshire.

Each walk is unique in its location, routes and interests with all groups keen to welcome new walkers. Our walks vary in length starting from 30 minutes with a large emphasis on the social side to walking, including a well-deserved cuppa at the end of them.

The walks in our network are largely open to all, although some may be closed to specific demographics and need e.g. support groups.

For more details on each walk please see below.
