Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Dudley is a programme of short, friendly walks taking place across the borough.  Our walks are suitable for different fitness levels and no one is left behind. It’s a great way to be active, socialise and have fun. Take a look at our at our video to find out more about Wellbeing Walks Dudley here.

Our current walks programme is listed below:

  • Coseley Walkers - Coseley Canal Walk  – Thursdays 1:30pm – 2:30pm
  • Coseley Walkers - Silver Jubilee Park Walk  – Wednesdays 1:30pm - 2:30pm
  • Stourbridge Canal Wellbeing Walk – First Monday of the month 10am -11am
  • Cotwall End Valley, Wellbeing Walk - Third Saturday of the month - 2pm - 3:30pm
  • Walk and Talk Leasowes - Thursdays 10am - 11am 
  • Buggy Walk and Talk, Halesowen - Mondays 10am -11am
  • Recovery College Dudley Walk – Thursdays 12:30pm - 1:30pm. The walk is open to everyone whether you have experienced a mental health difficulty or are interested in mental health or wellbeing. To join this walk enrolment with the Recovery College is required, for more details visit their website.

Getting started with walking

Our Wellbeing Walks make getting active easier, for everyone. Because you’ll be walking with others, you’ll feel safe, be supported, and have fun along the way.
