Sport in Mind is a mental health charity with a simple mission: "To improve the lives of people experiencing mental health problems through sport and physical activity" We provide a free sports and physical activity programme for adults (17+) including wellbeing walks. The activities are delivered in a supportive environment, open to people of all fitness levels and designed to promote mental wellbeing.

Join Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Sport in Mind for short, local and accessible walks to help you get more active.

Join your Wellbeing Walks Group

  • Walks are over easy ground and taken at steady pace to suit everyone 

  • Walks range from 10 to 90 minutes in length 

  • At least one short walk a week, starting at the same time and place every week 

  • All walks are accessible on foot or by public transport   

  • You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
