Generally considered easy routes, we’ll have 60 minutes, giving plenty of time for greetings, sign-ins and rest stops along the way. Our Trails can be adapted to suit the needs of various abilities, making the group suitable for all fitness levels!

Please bring comfortable trainers or walking shoes, water, and weather-appropriate clothing. We look forward to exploring different areas of Nottingham with you!

To join our walks, please follow the referral link below and schedule a health assessment with our Triage team. This step is necessary to confirm your eligibility and get you booked onto our group. It will also help us better understand your circumstances, allowing us to direct you to any beneficial services.
