Walks are over easy ground and taken at steady pace to suit everyone
Walks range from 10 to 90 minutes in length
At least one short walk a week, starting at the same time and place every week
All walks are accessible on foot or by public transport
You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
A short walk of 30mins in the beautiful setting of Ayscoughfee Gardens in the middle of Spalding. This walk is very friendly and welcoming and suitable for all especially for those who may find other forms of exercise challenging. There are plenty of places to rest, if needed. In addition there is the opportunity for socialising either side of the walk, where refreshments are available for a nominal amount.
We also offer additional activities such as gathering for a Christmas Meal.
