Overview

‘Litter Hitter’ WellBeing Walk taking place in Barrow Park.

Meet outside The Dock Museum for a medium level 45 minute/1 hour walk, with a focus on licking up litter as we go along the channel side. All litter picking equipment provided, although you can still join in this walk without having to collect litter if you wish.

Bring clothing appropriate to the weather, remembering hats, gloves, decent footwear, umbrella and waterproofs if needed.

There will be an opportunity to stop and take breaks along the route, with the option of a challenging hill climb, although this can be skipped if needed.

Refreshments can be bought from the dock museum afterwards, so feel free to stay on for a cuppa and a chat afterwards.
