Overview

Come along and join this great walk through the Cotwall End Valley Local Nature Reserve.

The meeting point is at the Brockswood Animal Sanctuary where free car parking and toilets are available. The walk lasts up to 90 minutes and uses some of the many paths through the reserve passing a variety of features including woods, streams and pools.

This walk is off road on paths that can be muddy and uneven in places plus the route will include some uphill inclines and steps. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the conditions.  There are benches for rest points during the walk and the pace is suitable for different fitness levels. However, this walk is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. The walk finishes back at the animal sanctuary where a café is available most of the year, subject to weather conditions affecting the paths in the sanctuary.
