Overview

Join us for a walk in this large and beautiful park, which features a lake, several ponds and marshy areas; it has wide expanses of grass, trees and shrubberies. There are excellent facilities with a fine café, a boat house, public toilets and accessible paths. Our walk will leave at 10am on the 2nd Friday of every month and it will take us between 40 to 60 minutes to walk around the lake and visit one or two other features. Free parking is available. The main car park is reached via the A264 Pembury Road and can get full quite quickly due to its popularity (TN2 3QA for satnavs). There is some limited parking on the Bayhall Road round the other side of the Park and toilets are located near the Halls Hole Road entrance (TN2 4RE).
