o you want to include more walking in your day? If so, join one of our free, friendly and safe Health Walks.
Walks are over easy ground and taken at steady pace to suit everyone
Walks range from 10 to 90 minutes in length
At least one short walk a week, starting at the same time and place every week
All walks are accessible on foot or by public transport
You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
Enjoy the countryside and local green spaces with the FREE Hertfordshire Health Walks led by qualified volunteer leaders.
All walks are FREE, no booking required. All walkers need to register with us first. You can do this online or arrive 15 mins early to fill in a form.
Walks range from a gentle First Steps (20-30 minutes) and increase in length and time from Grade 1 (30 mins) up to Grade 4 (90 mins) unless otherwise stated. Walking times are for guidance but may be longer depending on the fitness of walkers and the weather.
