A social paced, mindful walk to re-energise and rejuvenate! Whether you love walking or want to stretch your legs in the middle of the day, this walk is for you! Run by Mimi, an ecotherapist and mindful walk leader, The first half of the walk is silent, to allow you to engage with yourselves and the environment (we sometimes stop to observe and interact with the space in this half) and the second half is open to social chatting with the group if you so wish to. We sometimes go for a cuppa afterwards
