The Man Down Walks
Join us for a series of monthly wellbeing walks for men, in partnership with the Man Down Project and Harrow Health Walks. These walks are designed to connect with nature, break down stereotypes, build connection and celebrate positive achievements. We encourage you to bring along your sons, cousins, uncles, fathers or even friends.
Sunday 13th October: Man Down Walk for World Mental Health Day
In honour of World Mental Health Day, the Man Down Project will be hosting a men’s nature walk to highlight the importance of mental health. Through guided activities and discussions, men will explore ways to improve their mental well-being and resilience. We encourage you to bring along your sons, cousins, uncles, fathers or even friends. Refreshments will be provided during the walk.
