Overview

A walk along field paths across Bryant's Heath, returning via footpaths named after 'The Peasants Revolt' of 1381. The Battle of North Walsham was a medieval battle fought on the 25 or 26 June 1381, near the Town of North Walsham, in which a large group of rebellious peasants was confronted by the heavily armed forces of Henry le Despenser, Bishop of Norwich. Grade 3 walk - 4.2 miles
