Join us for a walk as we explore the green spaces around Park Wood, you may be surprised what we discover!
We will meet outside the Fusion Healthy Living Centre in Park Wood and take an amble along woodland paths and pavements in the area, perhaps stopping for refreshments at a viewpoint overlooking a valley near Mount Pleasant Farm before returning by a shortcut through the industrial estate.
There will be a opportunity afterwards to have a drink and chat at the Healthy Living Centre.
