End the week with a 80-90 minute walk along gleaming sand watching the summer sun gradually sitting. This walk will meet at the Regent Cinema at 1830 on Sundays in the summer and head along the beach unless the tide dictates otherwise. Non stop sea view and guaranteed whatever the route.
