Overview

Pull on your walking boots – there are some great places to explore throughout the Tamar Valley, whatever your ability or interests.

Our friendly Tamar & Bere Wellbeing Walks group, led by experienced and supportive walk leaders, meets every Thursday morning at 10am to visit various locations in the Tamar Valley National Landscape. It’s really a great way to meet new people, explore the area, and improve your health – and, like all Wellbeing Walks, it’s free and there is no need to book! We like to have time for a cuppa afterwards, either in a local café or at the Tamar Valley Centre near Gunnislake – whichever is most convenient.
