Overview

This 60 minute wellbeing walk is relatively new to the walk programme, so join us soon and we can build up the numbers, the more we have walking the more we have talking.  The group enjoys the pathways around Marine Lake including Kings Gardens.  They walk along the seafront as well, and sometimes dip into Victoria Park.  This is a weekly walk so you will definitely be active every Thursday morning.
