Overview

This is a free, weekly walk into California Country Park every Tuesday at 2-3pm for anyone over 17 experiencing mental health problems. Meet in front of Finchampstead Baptist Church. This session is open to all abilities, the walk will be at the pace of the group, and with a focus on the lovely surroundings & wellbeing.

Useful Information:

  • Meet in front of Finchampstead Baptist Church
  • Please wear trainers or comfortable shoes, and comfortable clothes!
  • Check the weather before the walk and bring appropriate items with you e.g. sun cream / hat / jacket / umbrella
  • Free parking is available onsite, and we can use the facilities of the church at the start and end of the walk
  • Walkers are entitled to a free hot drink at the church cafe after the walk, sponsored by Wates Residential!
